Time to GYT

It’s almost April and you know what that means—It’s Get Yourself Talking, Get Yourself Tested Month (GYT for short). Planned Parenthood has partnered up with MTV, The Kaiser Family Foundation and the CDC to remove taboos about STDs and encourage sexually active people get themselves tested.

Most people are asymptomatic when it comes to the most common sexually transmitted diseases, meaning the only real way to know your status is to get tested.   Testing is surprisingly easy and pain free. Make an appointment with Planned Parenthood today or text your zip code to “GYTNOW” to find a testing center near you.
